Ingredients:
Onions
Potatoes
Marrows
Carrots
Spinach
Feta Cheese
Béchamel Sauce
Method:
Fry the onions and marrows.
Chop the Potatoes in slices
Boil the Spinach
Chop the carrots
In a dish place the potatoes at the bottom, and follow with the onions, marrows, carrots, spinach, feta cheese and add the Béchamel Sauce on top.
Bake till the potatoes are cooked.
