Coloured Peppers, Mushrooms & Coconut Milk

Ingredients:


  • Onions

  • Garlic

  • Red, Green, Yellow, Orange Peppers

  • Mushrooms

  • Fresh Parsley

  • Fresh Basil

  • Coconut Milk

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & Pepper


Method:


  • Chop all the veg in bite size.

  • Start by cooking the onion and garlic in Olive oil, and gradually add the rest of the veg and herbs.

  • When all the veggies are cooked, add the Coconut Milk and cook for a further 15 minutes.

  • Enjoy.
