Simple Stuffed Artichokes

Ingredients:
Artichokes (depending how much you can handle or how many you are feeding)
A tin of Large Tuna 1 is enough to stuff two artichokes
Olives add to your liking
Parsley
Bread Roll a medium one will fill two
Parsley
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Give the stuffing a good mash up
Wash the artichokes very well, best you leave them soaking for 10 minutes, in warm water.
There might be snails and a worm or two, and you don't want to eat that :) Yukk. Give them a bang or two on a chopping board to avoid these accidents.
Remove the centre leaves to make space for the stuffing
Steam them in a steamer or put them in a pot with enough water at bottom ( keep an eye on the water, it might dry and you might need to add more till cooked.
To know if they are ready...grab a taste.
Enjoy a simple and inexpensive dish.
