Rib Eye Steaks with Mushroom Sauce served with fresh mashed Potatoes and boiled Cauliflower

Ingredients:
4 slices Rib Eye Steaks
Garlic
Mushrooms
Cooking cream
Potatoes
Cauliflower
Chicken stock cube
Oil
Method:
Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water.
When cooked remove from water and add salt and pepper.
Add a spoon of butter and a cup of warm milk and mash.
Boil the cauliflower, don't over cook and season with salt and pepper.
For the mushroom sauce: chop the garlic finely.
Chop the mushrooms finely.
Heat a pan with a tbs of oil, fry the garlic and mushrooms.
When cooked add cream and cook further for 15 min.
For the Rib Eye steaks
Heat a pan with a table spoon of oil.
Cook the rib eye steaks to your liking.
Remove the rib eye from the pan and place in plates.
Add the mushrooms sauce to the gravy of the meat stir well and serve over steaks.
