Quick Savoury Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
Pumpkin ( I used around 400 grams )
2 Eggs
Milk
Sfoglia Pastry ( Mine is ready made)
Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
Salt & Pepper
Parsley
Method:
Place the pastry in a large bowl, with the baking paper at the bottom
Boil or roast the pumpkin ( remove access water)
Use a hand blender to mix the eggs, pumpkin, milk, salt & pepper & parsley together
Pour in the dish
Bake until golden and the mixture is nice & dry.
