Quick Lunch for 1. Simple yet scrumptious. Mussels with garlic and wholegrain rice

Ingredients:

Adjust ingredients to your hunger level

  • Mussels Fresh or Frozen

  • Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • Parsley

  • Fish sauce

  • Pre cooked wholegrain rice

  • Pepper


Method:

  • Chop garlic and parsley, add some pepper and fry in the olive oil. I used a tablespoon and a half

  • When the garlic starts to brown add your mussels and fish sauce, I added 1 teaspoon (its very salty I didn’t add salt)

  • Once the water has reduced in half and the pre - cooked rice and cook till the water is absorbed.

  • A quick easy dish you can prepare in minutes
