Quick Lunch for 1. Simple yet scrumptious. Mussels with garlic and wholegrain rice

Ingredients:
Adjust ingredients to your hunger level
Mussels Fresh or Frozen
Garlic
Olive Oil
Parsley
Fish sauce
Pre cooked wholegrain rice
Pepper
Method:
Chop garlic and parsley, add some pepper and fry in the olive oil. I used a tablespoon and a half
When the garlic starts to brown add your mussels and fish sauce, I added 1 teaspoon (its very salty I didn’t add salt)
Once the water has reduced in half and the pre - cooked rice and cook till the water is absorbed.
