Prawns with Buckwheat & Spinach

Very easy quick to prepare (can be eaten warm or cold)





Ingredients:


  • Prawns

  • Buckwheat

  • Spinach

  • Onions

  • Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Method:


  • Fry the onion in a tbsp of Olive Oil until cooked.

  • Add the spinach and cook until the water from spinach has been absorbed.

  • Add the prawns and cook for further 5 min and set aside. (Do not overcook otherwise the prawns will go hard)

  • Cook the Buckwheat as per packet instructions.

  • Mix all together and enjoy the amazing quick tasty dish.
