Prawns with Buckwheat & Spinach

Very easy quick to prepare (can be eaten warm or cold)

Ingredients:
Prawns
Buckwheat
Spinach
Onions
Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Fry the onion in a tbsp of Olive Oil until cooked.
Add the spinach and cook until the water from spinach has been absorbed.
Add the prawns and cook for further 5 min and set aside. (Do not overcook otherwise the prawns will go hard)
Cook the Buckwheat as per packet instructions.
Mix all together and enjoy the amazing quick tasty dish.
