Potato Salad

Ingredients:
Potatoes (I used left over potatoes)
Carrots
Peas
For the sauce:
(calculate the ingredients according to the amount of potatoes used)
3 tbsps. Mayo
2 tbsps. Ketchup
½ tsp honey
½ tsp apple cider vinegar
Method:
Mix the above all together.
Wash and peel the potatoes and let them cool.
Chop some carrots square and boil them together with the peas
Place everything in a bowl, with the sauce and mix all together.
Don’t forget the Salt & Pepper
For best results, keep refrigerated for a couple of hours before eating.
