Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (I used left over potatoes)

  • Carrots

  • Peas


For the sauce:

(calculate the ingredients according to the amount of potatoes used)

  • 3 tbsps. Mayo

  • 2 tbsps. Ketchup

  • ½ tsp honey

  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar

Method:

  • Mix the above all together.

  • Wash and peel the potatoes and let them cool.

  • Chop some carrots square and boil them together with the peas

  • Place everything in a bowl, with the sauce and mix all together.

  • Don’t forget the Salt & Pepper

  • For best results, keep refrigerated for a couple of hours before eating.
