Pizza with Bread Dough

Ingredients:


  • Bread dough

  • 1 bottle passata

  • Mozzarella

  • Cheddar

  • Olives

  • Caponata

  • ( You can use different toppings you like.)


Method:

  • Grease a round tin with oil, open bread dough and roll out in a round shape that fits the tin.

  • Place the dough in the tin and pour 3/4 tbsp of passata.

  • Place caponata, olives, mozzarella & cheese.

  • Bake in hot oven always checking it every 5 min.
