Pizza with Bread Dough

Ingredients:
Bread dough
1 bottle passata
Mozzarella
Cheddar
Olives
Caponata
( You can use different toppings you like.)
Method:
Grease a round tin with oil, open bread dough and roll out in a round shape that fits the tin.
Place the dough in the tin and pour 3/4 tbsp of passata.
Place caponata, olives, mozzarella & cheese.
Bake in hot oven always checking it every 5 min.
