Peas & Spinach Risotto

Ingredients:
( Calculate the amount of ingredients based on the number people you are serving)
Arborio Rice
Frozen Peas ( if fresh better)
Fresh Spinach
Onion
Garlic
Stock ( chicken or beef or veg, what you prefer)
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Water
Method:
Chop the onion and garlic and fry in Olive Oil until slightly brownish.
Add peas & Spinach.
Once the Spinach has cooked add the stock, and water and bring to boil
Mix in the rice and cook until the water is absorbed and you have a creamy consistency.
Please note that you need to stir the rice continuously, otherwise it will get stuck.
