Mushroom & Gammon Lasagne

Ingredients:

The amounts in the recipe are based on 4 persons. Use amounts based on the number of persons you are cooking for.


  • Egg Lasagne

  • Mushrooms

  • Cheese slices ( any cheese that melts yum :) )

  • Onions

  • Gammon

  • Béchamel Sauce

  • Parsley

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Chicken or Beef Stock cube

  • Parmigiano


Method:

  • Fry the onion until cooked add the roughly chopped, medium sized mushrooms.

  • Once the mushrooms are cooked and you can see their juice add the stock and melt properly, and add the parsley.

  • Add the Béchamel sauce, do not do it too thick or if you buy ready made add a small glass of water. ( It has to be water so the lasagne sheets will cook)

  • Start filling a lasagne dish, starting with some sauce at the bottom of the dish, layer of lasagne, slices of gammon, slices of cheese and the mushroom sauce on top. Keep on doing the same method till you fill the dish.

  • Sprinkle with some Parmigiano.
