Minute Steak with Onions, Garlic, Peas & Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:
Calculate Ingredients based on the number of people you are cooking for.
Minute Steak
Onions
Garlic
Peas
Cherry Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Low Salt Stock
2 cups water
Method:
Boil the Cherry Tomatoes for 10 minutes, let them cool and peel the skin off.
Fry the Garlic & Onions in the Olive Oil, once browned add the peas.
Once the peas are cooked add the minute steak and cook until it turns brown.
Add the stock with 2 cups of water and the Cherry Tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
You can serve with boiled potatoes and Bread to dip in the sauce.
An easy dish that doesn't cost much, but definitely scrumptious.
