Hobz Biz - Zejt ( Maltese Bread mixture)

Ingredients:

• Tomato paste

• Sun dried tomatoes

• Tuna in brine

• Green & black olives

• Fresh mint leaves

• Olive oil

• Salt & pepper

Method:

• Cut a Fresh Maltese Ftira or Ciabatta, spread with tomato paste.

• Mix the above ingredients together and fill the bread.

• Ideal for lunch
