Cavatappi with Guanciale, Mushrooms & Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

  • Cavatappi Pasta

  • Guanciale cubes

  • Mushrooms

  • Coconut Milk

  • Onion

  • Parsley

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Olive Oil


Method:


  • Chop the onions and parsley and fry in a little bit of Olive Oil until golden.

  • Add the Guanciale cubes and cook until golden.

  • Add the mushrooms.

  • When all is cooked add the coconut milk.

  • Cook the pasta as per instructions on the package.
