Cavatappi with Guanciale, Mushrooms & Coconut Milk

Ingredients:
Cavatappi Pasta
Guanciale cubes
Mushrooms
Coconut Milk
Onion
Parsley
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
Method:
Chop the onions and parsley and fry in a little bit of Olive Oil until golden.
Add the Guanciale cubes and cook until golden.
Add the mushrooms.
When all is cooked add the coconut milk.
Cook the pasta as per instructions on the package.
