Cannelloni Stuffed with Maltese Ricotta, Bacon & Marrows

Ingredients:


Calculate your own ingredients based on the number of people.


  • Cannelloni

  • Egg

  • Onions

  • Oil

  • Ricotta

  • Marrows

  • Bacon

  • Tomato Passata

  • Garlic

  • Béchamel Sauce

  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  • Fry the onions, bacon & marrows

  • In a bowl prepare the ricotta, add onions, bacon & marrows and the egg, don’t forget the salt & pepper

  • Fill in the Cannelloni tubes with the mixture, and place in an oven dish


For the tomato sauce:


Simply fry the garlic, add salt & pepper and the passata and let it simmer for 30 min

Once the tomato sauce is done, pour over the Cannelloni, and add the Béchamel on top.

Simply mouth-watering!
