Breaded minute Steaks with fresh chips

Ingredients:
2 minute steaks per person
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Salt & Pepper
Potatoes
Method:
Beat eggs, place flour on a flat plate, place breadcrumbs on a flat plate and season everything.
Coat the minute steaks first in flour, then eggs then breadcrumbs and fry. Place cooked meat on a paper towel to soak oil. Peel potatoes, cut in chips and fry.
