Bread Dough stuffed with Mushrooms and Mozzarella

Ingredients:

  • Bread pastry

  • Oil

  • Garlic

  • Mushrooms

  • Mozzarella

  • Ham

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Egg & milk

  • Salt and pepper

  • A bit of flour to handle the pastry


Method:

  • For the mushroom filling fry the garlic and mushrooms, let it cool down, add the mozzarella.

  • Shape the pastry in small rolls depending the size you want.

  • Stuff balls with ham and cheese or the mushroom stuffing, and bake till cooked.
