Ingredients:

  • 500 gr Mild Durum Wheat Semolina flour

  • 7 gr Instant Yeast

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • Warm water

A little bit of butter to brush the rolls


Method:

  • Mix the flour, yeast, oil, salt, sugar and knead into a ball.

  • Leave to rise for an hour or even more.

  • Form into buns or any shape you like.
