Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • Stewing steak cubes

  • Oil

  • Carrot

  • Potatoes

  • Beef stock

  • Onion

  • Italian herbs

  • Bisto gravy

  • Flour

  • Parsley

Method:

  • Dry the meat in kitchen paper.

  • Fry the meat until it has a crunch and add a spoon of flour and place aside.

  • In anther pan fry the onions, carrots add herbs and parsley.

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a dish.

  • Cook in oven for 1 hour and a half.

  • Peel, chop to bite size the potatoes and boil for 20 min.

  • Place the potatoes in a dish with salt and pepper and mix some oil.

  • When the potatoes are golden and crunchy add to stew.
