Beef Stew

Ingredients:
Stewing steak cubes
Oil
Carrot
Potatoes
Beef stock
Onion
Italian herbs
Bisto gravy
Flour
Parsley
Method:
Dry the meat in kitchen paper.
Fry the meat until it has a crunch and add a spoon of flour and place aside.
In anther pan fry the onions, carrots add herbs and parsley.
Mix all the ingredients together in a dish.
Cook in oven for 1 hour and a half.
Peel, chop to bite size the potatoes and boil for 20 min.
Place the potatoes in a dish with salt and pepper and mix some oil.
When the potatoes are golden and crunchy add to stew.
