Baked Portobello Mushroom stuffed with Feta Cheese and coloured Peppers

Ingredients:
Portobello Mushroom (use 1 per person)
Green, Red, Orange, Yellow Peppers
Feta Cheese
Onion
Basil
Olive Oil
Half Cup water
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Clean the mushroom and scoop the inside slowly. Do not go deep because you break it.
Place the scraped mushroom in a bowl.
Method for the stuffing
Chop the onions and peppers in small cubes and fry in a spoon of Olive Oil and the basil, also add the scraped mushroom bits.
Add the water and cook until all the water is absorbed.
Brush the mushroom with a bit of Olive Oil and place in a dish.
Chop the Feta Cheese and put a few slices at the bottom
Add the peppers mixture on top.
Add a few pieces of Feta Cheese on top.
Bake till the mushroom is cooked.
