Ingredients:
Calculate your own ingredients based on the number of people.
Macaroni pasta
Oil for frying
Onions
Minced beef
Boiled hard eggs
Streaky Bacon
Passata
Béchamel sauce
Parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper
Method:
Fry the onion in a little bit of oil till soft, add the bacon, and add the minced beef when the bacon is crunchy. Then add the tomato passata. Let the sauce simmer for 30 min.
Cook the pasta as normal
Boil the eggs and let them cool
When the pasta has cooked, drain from water and mix the tomato sauce in, together with the chopped hard boiled eggs.
Place in a baking tin, add the Béchamel sauce on top, and sprinkle some Parmesan.
Bake till crunchy on top and enjoy.
Can be eaten warm or cold. Yum!
