3 Ingredient Cookies - Ideal for Breakfast or as a Snack

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Bananas

  • Rolled Oats

  • Peanut Butter

(Bananas - Use depending how many you are doing. Two bananas will make around 12 cookies)

You can add nuts, chocolate chips, raisins.


Method:


  • Mash up the bananas, add the peanut butter to your liking, and enough rolled oats that the mixture won't look very soggy.

  • Make sure you mix well, and the oats are wet.

  • Bake for 20 min temperature 150


These are excellent for breakfast or as a snack.


Be careful they ARE ADDICTIVE :)
